Sacrament of PenanceThe human heart is heavy and hardened. God must give man a new heart. Children prepare for their first reception of the Sacrament of Reconciliation in Second Grade (or older). Parents interested in Sacramental Preparation for their child are invited to see the information on the Sacrament of the Eucharist page.
